What to Bring
A workout towel and water bottle — both are also available to purchase at the front desk.
No shoes during class. Grip socks are recommended and available for purchase at the front desk.
Something comfortable that won't hinder movement. Don't forget your grip socks!
First-Timers & Beginners
First-timers are very welcome! Classes are designed so you can work at your own pace. Our experienced trainers will guide you through the equipment, exercises, and technique every step of the way.
Yes! You can start FS8 at any time — no waiting for a specific start date or sign-up period.
Of course! Everyone is welcome. Just make sure your friend signs up for their trial and books into class with you.
Class Intensity & Frequency
You sure will. Low impact, high sweat — build strength and endurance and feel those muscles burn.
Every day if you choose! Each day has a different focus with a variety of movement patterns, so you're not overworking any single muscle group.
Medium to high intensity depending on the class. It's a full body workout targeting fitness and healthy muscle definition.
Injuries, Pregnancy & Postpartum
Please get clearance from your medical practitioner first, then notify our instructors who can modify exercises to suit your needs.
You must have medical clearance and notify the front desk and instructors. Movements can be modified to keep you safe and comfortable throughout your pregnancy.
We don't recommend returning before 6 weeks postpartum. A medical certificate is required. Our trainers will modify exercises to gradually rebuild your strength safely.
Unfortunately FS8 is not a space to bring children. Your time at FS8 is all about you — enjoy it!
