Your First Class
WHAT TO EXPECT
Before Class
Book online via the schedule. Arrive 10 minutes early for your first visit. Wear fitted, comfortable clothing and bring water. Grip socks are required — available at the studio.
During Class
Your trainer will set up your reformer and guide every movement. Beginner, intermediate and advanced options are always provided. All experiences are welcome — no one is left behind.
After Class
You'll walk out feeling stronger than when you came in. Muscles you didn't know existed will remind you they're there. Most people are hooked after their very first session.
